HANI ALDULAIMI

Managing Director

A graduate of Cornell University, Hani Aldulaimi has been involved in Arizona commercial real estate since 2000. He serves as Managing Director with KW Commercial, overseeing multiple offices across the Southwest.

Hani works with business owners and investors at all stages - from first-time entrepreneurs to experienced developers, corporations, and family offices - across office, retail, industrial, land, and investment properties. Clients appreciate his ability to simplify complex situations and provide clear guidance, allowing them to make confident, well-informed decisions.

An active investor, licensed general contractor, developer, and entrepreneur, Hani brings a practical, hands-on perspective to every transaction. Over his career, he has been involved in more than 1,200 transactions totaling over $950 million in value, building long-term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and results.

SARAH PORTER

Director, Kyl Center for Water Policy

Sarah Porter is Director of the Kyl Center for Water Policy at Arizona State University’s Morrison Institute for Public Policy and a Professor of Practice in ASU’s College of Global Futures. The Kyl Center promotes research, collaboration, and consensus-building to advance sound water stewardship across Arizona and the West, and leads the award-winning Arizona Water Blueprint.

Before joining ASU, Sarah served as Arizona Director for the National Audubon Society and led the Western Rivers Project, working to protect and restore river habitats across the Intermountain West. Earlier in her career, she practiced law for fourteen years, specializing in complex commercial litigation.

Sarah serves on Governor Hobbs’s Water Policy Council and several regional advisory boards. She was named an “Unsung Hero” on the Arizona Capitol Times Powerlist in 2023 for her contributions to Arizona water policy. A Phoenix native, she holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and a J.D. magna cum laude from Arizona State University.

MATTHEW LAUDONE

Senior Project Manager Economic Development, Salt River Project

Matthew Laudone joined the Economic Development department in 2024 and previously served in Regulatory Affairs, the President’s Office, and the Corporate Secretary’s Office. With over 16 years in the utility industry, he has a broad knowledge base in many aspects of the business. Before SRP, he worked at the Arizona Corporation Commission and Constellation Energy.

Matt holds a Juris Doctor degree, a Bachelor of Arts in broadcast journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at ASU and an associate degree in classical studies. He is a licensed member of the Arizona and Texas Bar (inactive), an active member in the Energy Bar Association and an Eagle Scout. He currently serves on the board for Pinal Partnership and previously served on the board for the Grand Canyon Council BSA.

MARIA NAFF

Senior Manager Integrated Planning, Salt River Project

Maria Naff is an Engineering Manager at the Salt River Project, where she leads the team responsible for design and construction standards across the power delivery system. She joined SRP in 2003 after earning her electrical engineering degree from Arizona State University and began her career as a rotational engineer.

Over the years, Maria has held key roles in transmission system planning and resource planning, contributing to major infrastructure projects and long-term strategies focused on reducing carbon emissions and expanding sustainable energy resources. She later transitioned into standards and policy, where she led substation design initiatives before being promoted to department manager in 2018.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona, Maria also holds an MBA from ASU. She has led major initiatives improving energy interconnection processes for large commercial and industrial users and remains actively involved in leadership and industry programs, including efforts focused on recruiting and retaining women in power systems.
