HANI ALDULAIMI

Managing Director

A graduate of Cornell University, Hani Aldulaimi has been involved in Arizona commercial real estate since 2000. He serves as Managing Director with KW Commercial, overseeing multiple offices across the Southwest.

Hani works with business owners and investors at all stages - from first-time entrepreneurs to experienced developers, corporations, and family offices - across office, retail, industrial, land, and investment properties. Clients appreciate his ability to simplify complex situations and provide clear guidance, allowing them to make confident, well-informed decisions.

An active investor, licensed general contractor, developer, and entrepreneur, Hani brings a practical, hands-on perspective to every transaction. Over his career, he has been involved in more than 1,200 transactions totaling over $950 million in value, building long-term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and results.

JESSICA ALDULAIMI

Director of Growth

Jessica Aldulaimi has a passion for business and entrepreneurship. She prides herself in exceptional service to her clients by providing them the best real estate experience. Jessica brings a unique perspective having a background as a CPA and owner of a CPA firm she has worked with many business owners in her career. She understands business and the importance of building long lasting relationships, being proactive along with negotiation and advocating for her clients. Her passion comes from knowing the importance of her work and how helping a business owner grow their business not only supports one family, but it supports each employee’s family and the entire community.

She’s married to Hani a successful Commercial Realtor, they enjoy all things real estate, investing, flipping, remodeling, developing and educating others. They are the proud parents to Alex and Sofia, and their 2 pups Teddy and Winston. They love quality time hiking, reading and playing card games together.

JESS JANSSEN

Director of Operations

Jess comes from a family of entrepreneurs and is extremely resourceful. From an early age, Jess knew she’d be in the independent business world in some way and even remembers her first marketing gig for her dad’s transportation company. She was 11 years old. Crater School of Business student of the year, Jess went on with her business acumen and sought out her MBA. From financials to marketing, Jess is well versed in every facet of business. She’s even owned a few over the years.

Why does she do it? Humbly, Jess believes in success WITH others! When she coaches or counsels others, as they succeed, it fills her cup! “I don’t need a medal or trophy! I need my people to succeed – that’s what brings me joy.” She has three daughters she empowers daily. Her oldest is already an accomplished artist that is building her own brand at fourteen! As she always has, Jess supports her husband in all of his endeavors, which has included 8 years as a military spouse, owning a gym, restoring cars, home construction/DIY remodels, and more.

Jess has nearly 15 years of real estate experience and worked in various capacities as they lived all around the world. She also has lending experience and was a business banking specialist for three years in her career.
